Application:
· 5-7.5 ml of Temephos 50% EC is to be diluted in ten liters of water and sprayed over 500 ml of clean water breeding sites, viz., shallow ponds, lakes, woodland ponds, etc.
· 10-15 ml of Temephos 50% EC is to be diluted in ten liters of water and sprayed over 500 ml of moderately polluted water breeding sites, viz., tidal water, marshes, swamps, etc.
· 15-20 ml of Temephos 50% EC is to be diluted in ten liters water and sprayed over 500 ml of heavily polluted water breeding sites, viz., drains, septic tanks, etc.

Description:
Pesticide Mala-Fogg ULV 96 is broad-spectrum organophosphate insecticide and acaricide (used to kill ticks and mites). Considerably less toxic to humans than parathion, malathion is suited for the control of household and garden insects and is important in the control of mosquitoes, boll weevils, fruit flies, and lice.

MODE OF ACTION
K-Fogg acts on the insect by contact action and has a knockdown effect. In the insect body, it affects the nerve transmission by acting on axon and the lipophilic nature promotes quick action.
